Hassle-Free Returns Within 90 Days of Purchase!

We stand by our high-quality home shelving products and hope you love your new decor. However, we also understand that shopping online is sometimes a leap of faith and things happen. So, to make sure you’re completely satisfied, we offer a no-stress, 90-day return policy.

On ALL Clearance Outlet products, sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges for products that have prices ending in $0.99.

If you examine your merchandise upon receiving your order and are not completely satisfied with it, we’ll take back any item within 90 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund.

The only thing we ask is that the merchandise you’re returning be in new and resellable condition, with the original packaging in tact.   You will also be responsible for the return postage back to our warehouse; unless the item was damaged upon receipt, in which case we will need a photo to verify.

Please note that should you need to return your order, or any items from your order, the original freight and return freight are both-nonrefundable. You are responsible for paying all freight charges.

If you’d like to make a return, just follow these easy steps:

Please make sure the original date of purchase was less than 90 days ago. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns after 90 days.

  • To arrange for a return, simply visit our Returns Portal and complete the brief informational form.  From there, we’ll reach out to begin the return process and provide you with instructions for shipping the items back to our warehouse. Our customer service department is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Standard Time.

  • If it’s easier for you, you may request a pre-paid shipping label. We will be happy to handle this for you and will deduct shipping charges from your order refund. If you do not receive a return label within 2 business days of your request, please contact us.

  • Carefully return your items to their original packaging and then pack them in a box suitable for shipping. Your original paperwork, if you have it. You are free to ship with the carrier of your choice, however for your protection, we recommend choosing a service that allows you to track and insure your package.

Once we’ve received your return shipment with merchandise in original packaging and resalable condition, we will issue a credit in the original form of payment. Your refund will be for the amount of your purchase, less any shipping charges that were applied to your order.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to make an exchange, you must do so within 90 days of the purchase date. We ask that the merchandise you’re returning be in new and resellable condition, with the original packaging in tact. You will be responsible for the return postage back to our warehouse. You will not be charged for any shipping costs on the purchase of the new merchandise.

To make an exchange, please contact us to let us know what exchange you would like to make. We will make sure we have the product in stock before we begin the exchange process. Then, follow the return steps listed above. In the Returns Portal, indicate that you are making an exchange. If you are not returning your entire order, specifiy which items you are returning. Then, follow the normal check out process to purchase your new items. Contact us before you make your purchase in order to waive any shipping charges.


Damaged Products

In the event your shipment is lost, or contains defective or damaged products – please contact immediately! 

In order to quickly receive a replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.  We may ask you for a photo of the damaged goods, or we may ask you to send the damaged items back to us with a prepaid label.

All domestic orders $100 and up ship free!

All domestic orders under $100 ship for $4.99.

All Shelf & Co. orders will ship via Fedex with complete tracking instructions provided.  Expedited shipping options will be available wherever applicable.
