We stand by our high-quality home shelving products and hope you love your new decor. However, we also understand that shopping online is sometimes a leap of faith and things happen. So, to make sure you’re completely satisfied, we offer a no-stress, 90-day return policy.

ALL Clearance Outlet products are final sale. There are no returns or exchanges for products that have prices ending in $0.99.

If you examine your merchandise upon receiving your order and are not completely satisfied with it, we’ll take back any item within 90 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund.

ALL Clearance Outlet products are final sale. There are no returns or exchanges for products that have prices ending in $0.99. We ask is that the merchandise you’re returning be in new and resalable condition, with the original packaging intact.

You are responsible for the return postage back to our warehouse. Please note that should you need to return your order, or any items from your order, the original freight and return freight costs are both-nonrefundable. You are responsible for paying all freight charges.

To make a return, follow these steps:

1. Make sure the original date of purchase was less than 90 days ago. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns after 90 days.

2. Visit our Returns Portal and complete the brief informational form. If you are not returning your entire order, please specify which items you will be returning.

a. If you select "Yes, please send me a return label." we will create a pre-paid return label for you. We will be happy to handle this for you and will deduct shipping charges from your order refund. If you do not receive a return label from FedEx within 2 business days of your request, please contact us.

b. If you select "No, I will send it back myself." place your order in the original packaging along with any paperwork you were given. You are free to ship with the carrier of your choice if sending the product back yourself. We recommend choosing a service that allows you to track and insure your package. Send your order back to the following address.

3. Carefully return your items to their original packaging and then pack them in a box suitable for shipping. Please include your original paperwork if you have it.


Once we’ve received your return shipment
with merchandise in original packaging and resalable condition, we will issue a credit in the original form of payment. Your total refund will be the amount of your purchase, less any shipping charges that were applied to your order.

If you would like to make an exchange, you must do so within 90 days of the purchase date.

5. Follow the normal check out process to purchase your new items. Contact us before you make your purchase to waive any shipping charges.

with merchandise in original packaging and resalable condition, we will issue a credit in the original form of payment. Your total refund will be the amount of your purchase, less any shipping charges that were applied to your order.

To quickly receive a replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may ask you for a photo of the damaged goods, or we may ask you to send the damaged items back to us with a prepaid label.

Please provide us with the following information:

1. Your name and order number.

2. The specifications of the product or products that were damaged.

3. A photo of the damaged product or products.


Once we receive this information,
we will contact you with further information regarding your replacement product.

All domestic orders under $100 ship for $4.99.
