Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of your purchase (excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase. You will receive another email once your order has shipped. Please contact us if you do not receive these emails.

Shipping times are calculated based on the weight of the package and the shipping address and may vary. Shipping times indicated at checkout do not include our 2-3 business day processing time. We cannot guarantee any shipping times.

Shelf & Co. ships to all states within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Expedited shipping options will be available wherever applicable. Contact us for more information about expedited shipping options.

Freight Deliveries

Large shelving units are required to be shipped as a freight delivery. This means that your order will be delivered on a pallet. The pallet will be taken off of the truck by a driver and placed in a spot that is convenient for you. Freight delivery is a safer way to ship large orders with a smaller chance of product damage. Shipping times may vary for freight deliveries. Please contact us if you have any further questions about freight deliveries.

If an order weighs over 160 pounds, the safest and most effective shipping method is freight delivery. The freight delivery method is specifically tailored for orders that contain large products or multiple items.
