Terms & Conditions

Shelf-Co.com products will be sold only through authorized accounts. Selling Shelf-Co.com products outside of your physical location or URL owned by you is not permitted without written approval by Shelf-Co.com. Transshipping of Shelf-Co.com products to non-authorized retailers or E-commerce companies and/or selling products over Internet auction sites is strictly prohibited.

This agreement entitles the account holder to receive a 15% discount off listed retail pricing at Shelf-Co.com once the customer has reached a total of $5,000 in purchases at Shelf-Co.com. The discount code assigned by Shelf & Co. is nontransferable and may only be used by the account holder listed above. The discount cannot be combined with any other sales or promotions. We will honor the largest discount. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the US please contact us for an estimate.

This agreement does not extend payment terms to account holder. Payment must be made by credit card at the time of purchase. I hereby agree to the terms of the agreement and swear or affirm the information on the form is true and correct as to every material matter.
